2026年度の講座予定

三条鍛冶道場は、越後三条鍛冶集団の師範を講師に迎え、2026年は下記のとおり鍛冶体験講座を開催する予定です。
【６月６日（土） 三条鍛冶道場 入門コース】
複合材（あらかじめ鉄と鋼を接合した材料）を用いて切出小刀をつくる１日のコースです
【７月４日（土）、５日（日） 三条鍛冶道場 初級コース】
鍛接から始めて２日間かけて刃物をつくります。製造可能な刃物の種類は、当日出席可能な師範により対応が異なります。入門コースに１度以上、参加した方が対象となります。
【10月18日（日） 三徳庖丁づくり体験】
複合材を用いて小さめの三徳庖丁を半日でつくります
【11月15日（日） 積層材ペーパーナイフづくり体験】
硬さの異なる複数の鋼を折り返した材料を用いて、木目のような模様が浮き出るペーパーナイフを１日でつくります
なお、以上の内容は2025年12月時点での予定です。今後、調整の結果、日程・内容が変更となる場合があります。詳細は、おおよそ各講座の開催２か月前までに内容を決定し、募集を開始する予定です。各講座の開催１か月前をメドに募集を締め切り、応募多数の場合は抽選により、受講生の決定を行います。
2026 Workshop Schedule
Sanjo Kaji Dojo plans to host the following blacksmithing workshops in 2026, with master blacksmiths from the Echigo Sanjo Kaji Shudan serving as instructors.June 6 (Sat) — Sanjo Blacksmith Dojo: Introductory Course:
A one-day workshop in which participants forge a kiridashi utility knife using pre–forge-welded material, in which iron and steel have already been forge welded together in advance.
July 4 (Sat) & 5 (Sun) — Sanjo Blacksmith Dojo: Beginner Course:
A two-day course starting from forge welding and progressing through the full knife-making process.
The specific types of cutting tools offered in this course will be finalized in advance, depending on the participating master blacksmiths.
This course is open to participants who have completed the Introductory Course at least once.
October 18 (Sun) — Santoku Kitchen Knife Workshop:
A half-day workshop in which participants forge a small santoku kitchen knife using pre–forge-welded material.
November 15 (Sun) — Patterned Steel Paper Knife Workshop:
A one-day workshop in which participants create a paper knife using folded layered steel composed of multiple steels with different hardness levels, producing a wood-grain-like pattern.
Notes:
The above schedule is based on plans as of December 2025 and both the schedule and the content of the workshops are subject to change.
Details for each workshop will be finalized and announced approximately two months prior to the event, at which time registration will open.
Registration will close about one month before each workshop.
If applications exceed capacity, participants will be selected by lottery.
